| Summary, etc. | Le présent article vise à comprendre les conditions d’acceptation et d’appropriation de l’ISO 26 000 au sein d’une entreprise française du secteur agro-alimentaire. L’acceptation de l’ISO 26 000 est facilitée par la dimension transcendantale du projet et sa capacité à structurer et mettre en cohérence les actions de l’entreprise. Mais cette acceptation se heurte à la nécessité de comprendre et d’adapter cette norme universelle aux contexte et spécificités d’une entreprise de moyenne taille, ainsi qu’au coût et temps requis pour la déployer. L’appropriation implique, sur le plan organisationnel, d’intégrer la RSE dans la stratégie globale de l’entreprise ; d’impliquer la direction ; de sensibiliser le personnel au sens que donne la RSE plutôt qu’à l’aspect technique de l’ISO. Notre démarche est celle d’une recherche-action qui s’appuie sur une approche qualitative et longitudinale. |

| Summary, etc. | Diffusion of a SR standard within a food-processing company : the conditions perceived from acceptance and from appropriation of the ISO 26 000The article aims at understanding conditions of acceptance and appropriation of the ISO 26 000 within a French company of the food-processing industry. The acceptance of the ISO 26 000 is facilitated by the transcendental dimension of the project and its capacity to structure and to put in coherence the actions of the company. But this acceptance collides with the necessity of including and of adapting this universal standard in context and specificities of a medium-size company, as well as in the cost and time required to spread it. The appropriation implies, on the organizational plan, to integrate the SR into the global strategy of the company ; to involve the top management ; to make sensitive the staff in the sense given by the SR rather than to the technical aspect of the ISO. Our approach is a research-action supported by a qualitative and longitudinal approach. |
