Summary, etc. | Alors que les systèmes de régulation actuels (lois internationales) tendent à rééquilibrer le pouvoir au sein des firmes, au profit des actionnaires, émerge progressivement un modèle alternatif d’entreprise, modèle qualifié de « partenarial », et basé sur une juste répartition de la valeur créée (économique et financière, sociale, environnementale) pour l’ensemble des « ayants-droits » de la firme (actionnaires et parties prenantes). L’auteur tente de montrer que ce modèle répond mieux aux évolutions du contexte économique actuel. Puis il cherche à mettre en évidence les changements que cela implique en matière de gouvernance d’entreprise. |
