L’incubateur public joue un rôle central dans la création d’entreprises par l’apport de ressources relationnelles. Il crée de la valeur en se faisant l’intermédiaire entre les différents réseaux d’acteurs de la création d’entreprises innovantes, mobilisés dans le cadre de la nouvelle gouvernance régionale de l’innovation (collectivités, direction régionale d’OSEO, CCI, services de l’État, organismes de recherche, universités, ...). |
