Summary, etc. Dans cet article, nous proposons un modèle de développement permettant d’expliquer certaines évolutions du secteur bancaire. Parmi ces évolutions, l’apparition de services en ligne "low cost" à l’intention des particuliers semble significative de l’application aux banques d’une logique et d’un modèle économiques déjà en œuvre dans d’autres secteurs d’activité. Pour des raisons et sous des formes différentes, la grande distribution ou l’industrie pharmaceutique ont déjà connu des mutations qui sont à divers égards comparables à celle, plus récente, du secteur bancaire. Ces comparaisons intersectorielles sont complétées par des études de cas de banques en ligne, afin de déterminer les facteurs clés de succès correspondant à ce marché.

Summary, etc. What Stages for Change Management in Hospitals ?The problematic of change management in health care organizations is fundamental to take up the numerous challenges they have to face. This article analyses the change process focusing on the different stages lining the progress of a change plan. The research is based on an action-research undertaken in a French university hospital in order to reorganize the ophthalmologic outpatient service. It allows to identify four stages helping to achieve the change process and to compare the research findings to the literature.
