| Summary, etc. | L’environnement universitaire français doit faire face à de multiples réformes, et en ce sens à un défi de conciliation de logiques managériales et de valeurs publiques.Sur la base d’une recherche-action liée à un processus de formation des acteurs en charge de la GPEEC dans quarante-cinq universités françaises, cette recherche montre ainsi comment les représentations et les appropriations de la GPEEC dans ce contexte s’inscrivent dans un triple mouvement de conciliation naturelle, de conciliation difficile et de dissociation. |
