| Summary, etc. | Cet article s’intéresse aux impacts de la dernière réforme du réseau québécois de la santé et des services sociaux (2003), inspirée des principes du nouveau management public, sur la représentation qu’ont les gestionnaires locaux de leur travail. Nos résultats proviennent d’une étude de cas multiples lors de laquelle nous avons réalisé quarante-neuf entrevues semi-dirigées auprès de gestionnaires. Nous avons constaté que nous assistons actuellement à une homogénéisation de la représentation qu’ont les gestionnaires de leur travail, ceux-ci étant de plus en plus nombreux à adhérer à une représentation managériale de leur rôle. Après avoir décrit la nature de l’évolution de ces représentations, nous en présenterons les facteurs explicatifs. |
