520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | Coordination in Health Homes: From a search for consistency to an animation of interactionsThis contribution analyzes the coordination process within multiprofessional health homes. Our research continues works on the concept of coordination “in practice” that stress the importance of the debate in coordination processes, facing complex and unexpected situations. However, underlining two case studies, our analysis questions the purpose of these interactions or discussions: more than « improve consistency » device, the coordination is a process teeming which both constantly develops interactions and crystallizes the energies around debates and differentiated issues. |
