Summary, etc. | Cet article s’intéresse à l’impact des pratiques managériales menées par les chefs d’établissements sous un angle RH. A partir d’une recherche quantitative réalisée sur le territoire, nous avons pu constater ou non, les effets du pilotage sur l’implication multiples des enseignants. Nous distinguons dans cette recherche l’implication psychologique au travail, l’implication affective au métier et l’implication organisationnelle des enseignants. Toutes donneront des résultats et approches différentes avec des nuances sur l’impact possible des effets des pratiques de pilotage. Grâce à cette approche, nous confirmons la nécessité de développer un management adéquat pour maintenir ou activer l’implication individuelle et collective au sein des EPLE. |

Summary, etc. | Managerial practices in EPLE and involvement of teachersThis article examines the impact of managerial practices undertaken by the principals in a RH perspective. From a research procedure performed in the territory, we observed or not the effects of driving on the multiple ownership of teachers. We distinguish in this research the psychological involvement at work, affective involvement in business and organizational commitment of teachers. All give different results and approaches with shades on the possible impact of the effects of driving practices. With this approach, we confirm the need to develop adequate management to maintain or enable individual and collective involvement in EPLE. |
