| Summary, etc. | Les travaux parlementaires sur les innovations ou dérives financières contiennent-elles une reconnaissance de crise et font-elles émerger une tentation de réglementation ? Une analyse textuelle est menée sur deux rapports récents (crise des produits structurés contractés par les collectivités locales et crise de confiance envers les agences de rating). Appliquant la théorie des parties prenantes à un contexte de crise, la recherche étudie les auditions des acteurs, ainsi que leur contribution respective aux conclusions générales des rapports parlementaires. Sont décelées une certaine managérialisation des propos tenus par le Politique, l’influence des experts dans les conclusions et plus largement, une porosité des discours entre la sphère économique et la sphère politique. |

| Summary, etc. | Do parliamentary inquiries on financial innovations or excesses admit crisis ? Do they emerge a regulation temptation ? A textual analysis focuses on two recent reports (crisis of structured products contracted by local authorities and crisis of confidence in rating agencies). Applying stakeholders theory to a crisis context, this paper examines the hearings of these stakeholders, then their respective contribution to general conclusions of the parliamentary reports. This research detects some form of managerialization in the words of the Politician, the influence of the experts, and more widely, a porosity of discourses between economic sphere and political sphere. |
