520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.

Summary, etc. Human Resource Management practices, trust, and empowermentThe purpose of this article is to comprehend the link between Human Resource Management practices, trust, and empowerment. Our literature review allows us to clarify the significations of the constructs studied and to draw an analysis model which brings out the articulation between HRM, trust and empowerment. To reach our research goal, we mobilised a qualitative and exploratory approach based on multi-case study. This investigation was conducted in five petroleum corporation subsidiaries installed in Tunisia. The results of our research suggest clearly that formative, stimulating and participative Human Resource Management practices contribute actively in the development of trust and empowerment. From our results, it also stands out that two main trust determinants influence positively empowerment in leader-member exchange.
