| Summary, etc. | Pendant plus d’une quinzaine d’années, les pouvoirs publics ont cherché à développer des réponses adaptées aux difficultés posées par l’augmentation du nombre de personnes atteintes de la maladie d’Alzheimer ou d’une maladie apparentée. Avec la création d’un nouveau plan qui n’est plus spécifique à la maladie d’Alzheimer et l’adoption de la loi d’Adaptation de la société au vieillissement, qui n’évoque qu’à la marge la situation des personnes atteintes par la maladie d’Alzheimer, il semble qu’un cycle de spécialisation s’est terminé. Nous proposons dans cet article de revenir sur une dimension particulière de ce cycle, celle des évolutions des droits et de leurs usages dans les régulations de l’accompagnement et du soin aux personnes atteintes de la maladie d’Alzheimer, dans un contexte général d’attention plus grande apportée aux droits des patients et des usagers des relations de soin et d’accompagnement. |

| Summary, etc. | For more than 15 years, governments have sought to develop responses tailored to the challenges of increasing the number of people with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disease. With the creation of a new plan that is no longer specific to Alzheimer’s disease and the adoption of the law “Adaptation de la société au vieillissement”, which only mentions marginally the situation of people with Alzheimer’s disease, it appears that a specialization cycle has ended. We propose in this article to reconsider a particular dimension of this sequence, that of the evolutions of rights and their uses in the regulation of care for people with Alzheimer’s disease, in a general context of attention to the rights of patients and users of care and support relationships. |
