| Summary, etc. | Cet article, qui concerne le « féminisme syndical » italien des années 1970, s’intéresse plus particulièrement à l’éducation des travailleuses. Au cours de cette période, les syndicalistes italiennes engagées dans la deuxième vague du féminisme ont développé toute une série de mesures pour promouvoir la participation des travailleuses au sein des syndicats et, plus généralement, pour renforcer leur rôle dans la sphère publique. Très peu étudié, le projet de ces femmes de s’engager à la fois dans la lutte des classes et dans les revendications féministes a pourtant donné lieu à des productions très innovantes. Ces militantes féministes profitent d’une nouvelle avancée sociale permettant l’organisation de cours que les travailleuses peuvent suivre sur le temps de travail : les « 150 heures pour le droit à l’éducation ». Leur choix se révèle gagnant : la participation des travailleuses, réticentes à s’engager dans les cours mixtes, augmente chaque année et les programmes proposés se développent, selon des lignes toujours plus résolument féministes. Dans la première partie, l’article présente les acteurs et les faits marquants de cette période (les syndicats et leurs luttes, les reformes du système éducatif, le féminisme syndical) ; dans la deuxième partie, il se penche, à l’aide de sources à la fois écrites et orales, sur la réalisation des ateliers non mixtes pour les travailleuses au travers de trois études de cas, qui concernent les villes du « triangle industriel » (Turin, Milan, Gênes). |

| Summary, etc. | This article studies the Italian "trade union feminism" of the 1970s, with a specific focus on the education of working women. During this period, Italian women trade unionists involved in the second wave of feminism developed a range of initiatives to promote the participation of women in trade unions and, more generally, enhance their role in the public sphere. Although the subject of very little study, these women’s project to get involved in both class struggle and feminist activism yielded highly innovative outcomes. They chose to take advantage of a new social advance which allowed the organisation of courses for workers during working time: the "150 hours for the right to education". Their choice paid off: the numbers of female participants, who were reluctant to take part in mixed courses, increased every year and the programmes developed along strongly feminist lines. The first part of the article presents the key players and events of the period (the trade unions and their struggles, educational reforms, trade union feminism); in the second part, it focuses, using written and oral sources, on the organisation of women-only courses in three case studies in the cities of the “industrial triangle” (Turin, Milan, Genoa). |
