| Summary, etc. | Dans cet article paru en 1905 dans L’Année psychologique, Binet explique comment son appel, lancé cinq ans plus tôt, à « une science du témoignage » a été entendu et prolongé par des études empiriques à l’étranger surtout puis en France. Ces études empiriques dont il donne quelques résultats doivent permettre de « régénérer la recherche judiciaire par l’application des lois psychologiques » et « de fonder ainsi une science psycho-judiciaire ». |
