Mais ce deuil est souvent difficile : le cadavre est méconnaissable, il ne reste que peu de traces de l’être cher, et beaucoup ne retrouvent pas le corps du défunt, de la défunte. L’administration tente alors d’établir le nombre de victimes civiles et de les identifier afin de répondre aux nombreuses demandes des familles endeuillées et leur permettre d’enterrer leurs morts. |
