Cet article qui analyse les résultats d’une enquête qualitative menée auprès de médiateurs veut contribuer à faire connaître le métier de médiateur pour permettre le développement d’une médiation authentique. L’entreprise en a besoin pour remettre l’humain au centre de son organisation. |

Summary, etc. | Societies and companies feel an abyssal need for mediation. However it is not certain that all professionals claiming to be mediators are true ones. This claim jeopardizes their efficiency and compromises the image of the mediation. This article, reporting the results of a qualitative inquiry among mediators has the objective to provide a precise idea of what mediator is in reality, in order to allow a development of the authentic mediation that companies are in need of in order to replace the human factor in the heart of their organization. |
