Ce travail présente les éléments permettant de faire le diagnostic de cette lésion fréquente mais également des autres causes de lésions kystiques du foie.Cet article décrit l’aspect des kystes simples, de leurs formes compliquées et des autres lésions d’allure kystique telles que les lésions kystiques néoplasiques, inflammatoires et d’origine congénitale. En tenant compte du contexte clinique, le diagnostic repose sur le nombre de lésions, leur dissémination et leur aspect après injection d’un produit de contraste.Une approche systématique est nécessaire pour diagnostiquer les différentes lésions kystiques du foie. Un arbre décisionnel est proposé pour aider le clinicien. |

This work presents the imaging features of these lesions but also other mimicking lesions.This article describes imaging features of uncomplicated and complicated liver cysts, cystic mass of various origins, such as developmental, neoplastic or inflammatory. The diagnostic approach should take in account the clinical context, the lesion number, their dissemination and their patterns before and after contrast media injection.A systematic approach is required to diagnose the large amont of liver cyst and a diagnostic tree is proposed to help the clinician. |
