Ils en soulignent les bienfaits, mettent en évidence son caractère contingent et font apparaître certaines de ses limites.De plus, la littérature sur le changement organisationnel met l’accent sur l’importance de la prise en considération des émotions dans le processus de changement.L’humour est une forme de communication pouvant susciter des émotions et cognitions positives et, par suite, ressort potentiellement comme un levier de changement.Dans cet article, nous soulevons donc la question de l’utilisation de l’humour comme outil de management du changement. |
