| Summary, etc. | Face à la menace que peuvent représenter les passages à l’acte des patients, nous serions tentés de nous montrer très fermes et interventionnistes au risque de ne plus entendre la souffrance subjective que ces actes peuvent venir révéler quand aucune représentation symbolique langagière ne peut advenir. Ainsi, d’un cadre institutionnel contenant dont la fonction serait non seulement d’accueillir mais également d’amortir et de mettre en forme la souffrance psychique, quelle qu’en soit l’expression symptomatique, nous pourrions basculer vers un cadre contraignant, enserrant le sujet, peu compatible avec l’émergence d’un processus psychothérapique, sauf à ce que cette contrainte ne soit que le préalable nécessaire à cette démarche. |

| Summary, etc. | Frente a la amenaza que pueden representar los pasos al acto de los pacientes, podría tentarnos la idea de mostrarnos muy firmes e intervencionistas, lo cual implicaría el riesgo de no escuchar el sufrimiento subjetivo que estos actos pueden revelar cuando no puede surgir ninguna representación simbólica de lenguaje. Así pues el riesgo sería pasar de un marco institucional sólido cuya función sería, no solo acoger, sino también amortiguar y dar forma al sufrimiento psíquico sea cual fuere su expresión sintomática, a un marco rígido, que encierra al sujeto, poco compatible con la emergencia de un proceso psicoterapéutico, a menos que esta rigidez inicial no sea más que el preámbulo necesario al tipo de acogida citado primeramente. |
