Ce type d’investigation ne nécessite qu’un simple prélèvement d’ADN constitutionnel. Les applications sont récentes et concernent la mise en évidence de polymorphismes de gènes (SNP) reliés à la réponse immune globale (cibles des ICP, interleukines, chimiokines, leurs récepteurs, polymorphismes HLA pour l’essentiel). Les polymorphismes identifiés doivent idéalement s’assortir d’une analyse de fonctionnalité biologique pour revêtir toute leur significativité. |

| Summary, etc. | Germinal immunogenetics aims to complement the current profile of molecular and cellular markers which can help to predict treatment outcomes for checkpoint inhibitors (CPI). This specific type of investigation requires a simple sample of host DNA. Recent applications include the identification of SNPs in genes involved in the immune response in general (particularly polymorphisms in CPI targets, interleukins, chemokines, their receptors, and HLAs). Identified SNPs should be ideally accompanied by functional investigations in order to maximise their significance. |
