| Summary, etc. | Cet article analyse les interactions entre une organisation du secteur social et médico-social et les injonctions des pouvoirs publics. A l’aide de l’étude d’un corpus théorique traitant de la dynamique des règles et d’une étude de cas unique, nous montrons de quelle manière une association œuvrant dans le secteur social et médico-social a utilisé, voire même anticipé, les injonctions des pouvoirs publics, en faisant évoluer constamment son organisation par la mise en place de règles organisationnelles. |

| Summary, etc. | A non-profit organization in the social-medical sector facing public injunctions - the case of ACSEA : 1982-2010. An approach by the study of rulesThis research aims at understanding the interplay between a non-profit organization in the social-medical sector and public authorities. It focuses on the study of theorical issues dealing with dynamics of rules and it mobilizes a unique case study. The results show that the organisation which is studied has constantly used, sometimes anticipated, public injunctions. These helped to make the organisation evolve by the establishment of organisational rules. |
