| Summary, etc. | Fondé sur une méthodologie d’enquête du type participation observante dans le cadre d’interventions de terrain en santé publique, l’article propose de montrer en quoi l’accompagnement de professionnels de santé de premier recours permet de comprendre les transformations en cours de l’offre de soins de premier recours au sein du mouvement des Maisons et Pôles de Santé Pluri professionnels.Le mouvement de structuration de l’offre de soins de premier recours, depuis une dizaine d’années, promeut de nouvelles formes d’exercice coordonné pluri professionnel et transforme progressivement les prises en charge des patients en médecine de ville.L’analyse des transformations de l’offre de soins de premier recours, opérées dans le cadre d’une expérience d’accompagnement de ces transformations depuis une dizaine d’années, permet de montrer les modalités concrètes et les enjeux d’une action organisée naissante dans un milieu aux logiques professionnelles fortes. |
