Cette dernière doit d’abord être analysée dans sa dimension quantitative aux échelles mondiale et infraplanétaire. Sa dimension qualitative se traduit selon les pays par des politiques de ségrégation ou, à l’inverse, d’intégration. Mais, depuis la fin du XXe siècle, la nature de la question de l’intégration se trouve dans un contexte profondément changé. C’est dans ce contexte totalement nouveau qu’il faut réfléchir aux voies de l’intégration culturelle et sociale. |
