| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’interprétation de la variation des résultats entre deux dosages effectués chez un même patient est généralement assez empirique. Elle est le plus souvent basée sur l’expérience du biologiste médical ou du médecin. Au travers de deux exemples, PSA total et hémoglobine, deux examens à faible index d’individualité et dont les logiques d’interprétation sont différentes, nous avons souhaité mettre en place un indicateur de la significativité de variation de résultat : la « Reference change value » ou RCV, pour permettre au biologiste valideur et au prescripteur de disposer d’une aide à la décision basée sur des arguments statistiques mesurés.Cet article décrit la méthodologie utilisée pour le calcul de la RCV, sa mise en forme sur les rapports d’examens ainsi que les limites du système. |
