| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’adolescence remet en jeu les parcours du développement précoce et travaille à l’élargissement de l’appareil psychique. À la puberté, l’adolescent est appelé à fournir à soi-même et aux autres une narration stable, bien qu’elle puisse être revue, de son histoire et du temps de l’enfance. Chez l’adolescent borderline, en particulier, les besoins évolutifs activent de façon significative l’angoisse et le conflit.L’analyste répond alors à la difficile prise de conscience de soi de l’adolescent (difficulté à rendre lisible ses états affectifs à lui-même et aux autres) ainsi qu’à sa perception de ne pas disposer suffisamment de processus psychiques « auto » (sentiment de soi vide et chaotique) par un travail prolongé d’auto-analyse. C’est le point de départ pour connaître et transformer la relation thérapeutique qui risque continuellement de se fermer dans une unité confuse et une fonction miroir interminable. |

| Summary, etc. | Adolescence puts the course of early development back into play and works towards the expansion of the psychical apparatus. At puberty, the adolescent is called to provided himself and others with a stable narration (though it may be reworked) of his history and his childhood. The elaboration of puberty entails complex and difficult psychical work, and exposes one to the organization of a psychopathology.In the borderline adolescent especially, the needs of evolution activate anxiety and conflict in a significant way. The conflict is born of traumatic cores from the past which, on the one hand, generate the fear of re-living fragmentation and, on the other hand, the expectation of the inevitable and continual actualization of the traumatic experience.The analyst then is responding to the adolescent’s difficult process of becoming aware of himself (his difficulty in making his affective states legible for himself and others) as well as to his perception of not having enough « auto » psychical processus (empty and chaotic feeling of self) through a lengthy self-analytical work. This is the start of knowing and transforming the therapeutic relation which is continually at risk of shutting itself up in confused unity and an endless mirroring function. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenLa adolescencia retoma la trayectoria del desarrollo precoz y trabaja para agrandar el aparato psíquico. A la pubertad, el adolescente es solicitado para dar a si mismo y a los otros una narración estable de su historia y del tiempo de la infancia, la cual puede se revista. La elaboración de la pubertad, comporta un trabajo psíquico complejo y difícil y expone a la organización de una sicopatología.Particularmente, en el caso del adolescente borderline, las necesidades evolutivas, activan de manera significativa la angustia y el conflicto. El conflicto nace de los nudos traumáticos del pasado que generan el miedo de volver ha hacer la experiencia de la vivencias de fragmentación y de otra parte, la espera de la inevitable y continua actualización de la vivencia traumática.El analista, responde a la difícil toma de conciencia de sí mismo del adolescente (dificultad para dar a ver sus estados afectivos a el mismo y a los otros) así como de no disponer suficientemente de procesus psíquicos « auto » (sentimiento de sí vacío y caótico) por medio de un trabajo prolongado de auto análisis. Es el punto de partida para conocer y transformar la relación terapéutica que corre el riego seguido de encerrarse en una unidad confusa y en una función de espejo interminable. |
