Assuré par un binôme pluridisciplinaire d’intervenants de l’équipe, garants de la pluralité des lectures de la souffrance adolescente, il se réalise en plusieurs rendez-vous, généralement sur quelques semaines. À partir d’une vignette clinique, nous proposons de mettre en évidence les fonctions fondamentales du travail processuel de l’accueil, à la fois comme évaluation de la demande, mais aussi comme moment d’ élaboration avant toute orientation vers une prise en charge. | Summary, etc. | ResumenEn la « Maison des Adolescents » de Bobigny, CASITA, la acogida es un elemento central del dispositivo, ello esta asegurado por un binomio pluridisciplinario de intervinientes del equipo garantes de la pluralidad de las lecturas del sufrimiento adolescente. Ello se realiza en varias citas generalmente repartidas en algunas semanas. A través de un caso clínico proponemos de poner en evidencia las funciones fundamentales del trabajo procesal de la acogida tanto como una evaluación de la solicitud como un momento de elaboración antes de una orientación hacia un tratamiento terapéutico. |
