| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes Urgences sont un des services sanitaires les plus fréquentés par les jeunes. Deux phénomènes principaux en cause : les accidents et les somatisations. Un point commun : un corps à la fois acteur et victime des troubles et des agirs adolescents. À partir d’une recherche menée dans cinq hôpitaux à Rome entre 2000 et 2002, et notamment au Service des Urgences de San Eugenio, nous proposons une réflexion sur la valeur clinique et la fonction évolutive d’un entretien clinique unique (« once »). En tenant compte des différentes temporalités en jeu dans cet espace de rencontre, comme des expériences de crise et de surprise à l’œuvre, nous verrons comment l’entretien aux Urgences peut devenir l’occasion, le « risque créatif » d’une durée, d’une longue durée dans un instant, mais aussi d’un nouveau point de vue sur l’évènement vécu par l’adolescent, si nous savons accueillir sa temporalité paralysée et lui permettre de s’approprier sa propre histoire de vie. |

| Summary, etc. | Once, meeting and saying good byeThe Emergency Room is the healthcare service most used by youths. Two principle phenomena bring them in: accidents and somatic manifestations. These have one factor in common : a body that is both agent and victim of adolescent disorders and acts. Using research conducted in five hospitals in Rome between 2000 and 2002, most notably at San Eugenio Emergency Services, we offer some thoughts on the clinical value and the evolving function of the onetime clinical encounter (meeting « just once »). Taking into account the different time schemes at play in this sort of meeting space – like crisis situations or the element of surprise – we will see how the Emergency Room interview can provide an opportunity for « creative risk » for a time, a long time within an instant, but also for a new perspective on the event the adolescent has experienced, if we can be receptive to his paralyzed time scheme and allow him to appropriate our own life history. |

Dos fenómenos principales en causa : los accidentes y la somatización. Un punto común : un cuerpo a la vez actor y victima de los trastornos y de las acciones de los adolescentes. A partir de una investigación llevada a cabo en cinco hospitales de Roma entre el ano 2000 y 2002, y particularmente en el servicio de urgencias de San Eugenio, proponemos una reflexión sobre el valor clínico y la función evolutiva de una entrevista clínica única (« once »). Tomando en cuenta las diferentes temporalidades en juego en este espacio de encuentro, como las experiencias de crisis y de sorpresa en obra ; veremos la entrevista en el servicio de urgencias puede constituirse en la ocasión, el « riesgo creador » de un tiempo, de un largo tiempo en un instante. Pero también de un nuevo punto de vista de lo vivido por el adolescente. Si sabemos recibir la temporalidad paralizada y permitirle de apropiarse su propia historia de vida. |
