| Summary, etc. | Après quelques remarques portant sur la terminologie (sexe, genre, identité), un bref rappel sera fait sur la construction de l’identité de genre jusqu’à l’adolescence. Le passage d’une certaine androgynie de l’enfance à la plénitude de l’identité sexuée se fait parfois avec quelques difficultés banales ; c’est aussi le moment où l’accès possible à une sexualité complète et fécondante confirme ou développe l’orientation sexuelle. En dehors de tout trouble du développement du sexe, certains adolescents (transsexuels) ont un refus de leur sexe d’assignation, qui est leur sexe biologique, et demandent une transformation hormono-chirurgicale. Certains adolescents ont un problème d’identité de genre en rapport avec leur trouble du développement du sexe. Au sein de notre culture s’est développé un mouvement « transgenre » qui remet en question le genre et va jusqu’à refuser toute distinction de sexe, posant ainsi des problèmes qui ne sont plus médicaux, mais sociétaux. |

The passage from a sort of childhood androgyny to the fullness of sex-specific identity sometimes occurs with some common difficulties ; this is also the moment when the possibility of accessing complete and fertile sexuality will confirm or develop sexual orientation. Outside of any problem of sexual development, some adolescents (transsexual) refuse the sex they were born with, which is their biological sex, and request hormone-surgical transformation. Some adolescents have a problem of gender identity related to a problem of sexual development. A « transgender » movement has arisen in our culture, calling gender into question and going so far as to refusing all sexual distinction ; this raises questions which are not medical but societal. |

| Summary, etc. | Luego de algunas remarcas reportadas sobre la terminología (sexo, genero e identidad) se hará un pequeño recapitulativo sobre la construcción de la identidad de género a la adolescencia. El pasaje de un cierto estado andrógina de la infancia a la plenitud de la identidad sexuada se hace a veces, con algunas dificultades banales ; Es también el momento donde el acceso posible a una sexualidad completa y fecundante ; confirme y desarrolla la orientación sexual. Fuera de toda alteración del desarrollo sexual ciertos adolescentes transexuales rechazan su sexo de asignación que es su sexo biológico y ello pidiendo una operación hormono-quirúrgico. Ciertos adolescentes tienen un problema de identidad de género en relación con un desorden del desarrollo del sexo. En el seno de nuestra cultura, se ha desarrollado un movimiento « transgénero » quien no considera el género y va hasta rechazar toda diferenciación de sexos poniendo así problemas que no son mas medícales si no societales. |
