| Summary, etc. | L’article présente, chez un post-adolescent meurtrier et violeur post-mortem, les ratages du processus de création adolescente et la réapparition, sous forme d’agirs violents monstrueux, d’une sensorialité dévastée de la petite enfance. La psychopathologie structurale est insuffisante à rendre compte de ces cas. Néanmoins, la psychocriminologie psychodynamique tente de décrire un langage du corps et de l’acte, préalable à une prise en charge multidimensionnelle « incarcérée » qui permettrait que ces sujets retrouvent peut-être une part d’humanité. |

| Summary, etc. | Examining the case of an adolescent rapist and murderer post mortem, this article presents the failures of adolescent creation and the reappearance, in the form of monstrous acts of violence, of a devastated sensoriality from early childhood. Structural psychopathology is not enough to account for this case. Nevertheless, psychodynamic psychocriminality attempts to describe a language of body and act, a preliminary to a multidimensional “incarcerated” treatment which could perhaps help such subjects recover a part of their humanity. |

| Summary, etc. | El articulo presenta el fracaso del proceso de la creación adolescente y la reaparición de dicho proceso en forma de actos violentos y monstruosos a partir de una sensorialidad desvastada en su primera infancia. Ello es presentado a partir del caso de un post adolescente asesino y violador después de la muerte. La sicopatología estructural, es insuficiente para dar cuenta de esos casos. Sin embargo la psico-criminología psicodinámica intenta describir un lenguaje del cuerpo y del acto antes de la « encarcelación » y el tratamiento multidimensional que tal vez permitiría encontrar a esos sujetos una parte de humanidad. |
