| Summary, etc. | RésuméÀ partir de la présentation du cas de Corentin (quatorze ans) et de son analyse psychanalytique, l’article témoigne de l’intérêt que peut offrir un groupe thérapeutique comme la médiation théâtre.Malgré un suivi de longue date en CMPP, les thérapeutes sont inquiets pour Corentin et redoutent une cristallisation de sa personnalité sur un versant psychotique. Il se sent persécuté par tous et plus particulièrement par son père, son travail psychique s’essouffle et ses relations sociales avec ses pairs se dégradent.Pour donner une nouvelle impulsion à sa prise en charge il lui a été proposé de participer à un groupe à médiation théâtre. À travers des jeux d’improvisations, Corentin expérimente l’identification au père et accomplit son meurtre imaginaire. Progressivement, il s’ouvre à la dimension symbolique de ce meurtre grâce au cadre du groupe thérapeutique et au travail d’élaboration engagé. Ce jeune adolescent se relance dans son travail psychique, renoue avec la réalité et crée de nouvelles relations sociales avec ses pairs. |

| Summary, etc. | Based on the case of Corentin (14 years old) and its psychoanalytic analysis, the article illustrates the relevance of group therapy using theatre mediation.In spite of a longstanding psychotherapy in a Centre Médico-Psycho-Pédagogique (CMPP) (centre dedicated to children and youths aged 0 to 18 years old suffering difficulties in their development, sponsored by the French Ministry of Social Affairs), the therapists are preoccupied with Corentin and fear a psychotic crystallization of his personality. He feels persecuted by anyone, especially by his father, his therapy gets limited results and his social relationship with his peers worsen.To give a new impulsion to his therapy, he was offered group therapy using theatre mediation. Through the games of improvisations, Corentin tests identification to the father and commits his imaginary murder. Progressively, he discovers the symbolic dimension of this murder thanks to the organisation of the group and its elaboration capacity. This young teenager gets anew involved in his psychotherapy, goes back to reality and creates new social links with his peers. |

El se siente perseguido por todos y particularmente por su padre. Su trabajo psíquico desaparece y las relaciones con sus pares se degradan.Para dar un nuevo impulso a su tratamiento le ha sido propuesto de participar a un grupo de mediación teatral. Por medio de juegos de improvisación, Corentin experimenta la identificación a su padre y realiza su muerte imaginaria. Progresivamente se abre la dimensión simbólica de su muerte gracias al trabajo en el grupo terapéutico y a un trabajo de elaboración asiduo. Este joven adolescente se reorganiza en su trabajo psíquico, renueva con la realidad, y crea nuevas relaciones sociales con sus pares. |
