Les aménagements entrepris dans les Établissements pénitentiaires pour mineurs peuvent-ils réduire les effets d’affiliation et de stigmatisation d’une incarcération ? Les Centres éducatifs fermés tels qu’ils sont construits offrent-ils des perspectives favorables à une entreprise pédagogique ? Celle-ci est-elle concevable sans la prise en compte de la dimension psychique de l’acte antisocial ? Nous examinons ces questions dans ce texte dans les suites de l’examen des étiologies supposées de la délinquance. |

Aquí examinamos estas interrogaciones dentro de ese contexto tomando en cuenta los exámenes de las supuestas etiologías de la delincuencia. |
