| Summary, etc. | RésuméSi quelques pays du continent africain sont des exceptions dans l’industrie du cinéma en Afrique, sans pour autant pouvoir devenir des modèles pour contrer la fermeture massive des salles et l’anomie de la production, il n’est pas certain que la numérisation contemporaine de la filière aide à surmonter radicalement les difficultés structurelles. Au-delà des discours convenus d’apitoiement ou de déploration, il faut analyser ces symptômes aux multiples causes, à commencer par les attentes et comportements des publics, mais aussi de les ramener aux dysfonctionnements politiques et économiques plus larges qui gangrènent une majorité de ces pays et empêchent la structuration pérenne d’une industrie culturelle. |
