| Summary, etc. | Cet article propose une lecture spatio-temporelle du contrat de poids dans la prise en charge des patients anorexiques hospitalisés. Il y est envisagé comme une médiation thérapeutique à visée temporelle. Aux frontières spatiales du lieu de soin s’ajoutent en effet les frontières temporelles des poids de séparation et de sortie. Leur articulation produit un phénomène de « temps pondéral » qui se fait l’écho des mouvements psychiques du patient à l’égard de ses objets parentaux. |

| Summary, etc. | This article suggests a spatio-temporal reading of the weight contract in the treatment of hospitalized anorexic patients. The weight contract may be conceived of as a form of therapeutic mediation with a temporal aim. To the spatial boundaries of the treatment site combine with the temporal boundaries of one’s weight at the time of separation and at the time of discharge. The relation between the two produces a “weight time” which will echo the patient’s psychic movements towards his parental objects. |

Se ha considerado como una mediación terapéutica a carácter temporal. A las fronteras espaciales del lugar de tratamiento se añade en efecto las fronteras temporales del peso de la separación y de las salidas. Su articulación, produce un fenómeno de “tiempo ponderal” que se hace eco de los movimientos psíquicos del paciente bajo la influencia de los objetos parentales. |
