Summary, etc. | La phobie scolaire de l’adolescent s’accompagne d’une angoisse si massive que l’inhibition en résultant constitue un obstacle à l’accès à la vie fantasmatique du patient. La conduite souvent associée de claustration à domicile nous oriente vers le fantasme archaïque de Claustrum développé par D. Meltzer. Il s’agit d’une forme d’indentification projective intrusive qui contrarie le conflit œdipien en s’opposant au processus de différenciation. Nous déployons ces notions à travers un cas clinique. |

Summary, etc. | Adolescent school phobia is associated with an anxiety so great that the resulting inhibition becomes an obstacle to the patient’s access to a fantasy life. It is often coupled with the conduct of at-home claustration, which calls our attention to the archaic fantasy of the Claustrum developed by D. Meltzer. This is a form of intrusive projective identification that thwarts the oedipal conflict by opposing the differentiation process. We will develop these notions using a clinical case. |

La conducta, que es a menudo asociada al encierro a domicilio, nos orienta hacia una fantasía arcaica de Claustrum desarrollada por D. Meltzer. Se trata de una forma de identificación proyectiva intrusiva que contraria el conflicto de edipo oponiéndose al proceso de diferenciación.
