| Summary, etc. | Cette note de recherche présente une adaptation du world city network à l’échelle nationale italienne et au secteur de la logistique (Antoine et al. 2017). Les principales firmes de services logistiques nationales sont décomposées, en interne, à partir de divisons fonctionnelles et sectorielles, d’activités intensives en savoir et de postes hiérarchiquement élevés. Un réseau villes/firmes multicouche est ensuite construit. Il semble venir nuancer les approches régionales fondées sur un postulat territorial, qui sont dominantes en Italie. |

| Summary, etc. | This Research Note presents an adaptation of the world city network at the Italian national scale and to the logistics sector (Antoine et al. 2017). Leading national logistics service firms are broken down according to internal functional and sectorial divisions, knowledge-intensive activities and hierarchically senior positions. The multi-layer "city-by-firm" network that results seems to be modifying the regional approaches based on territorial principles, which is dominant in Italy. |
