| Summary, etc. | Dans le cadre de leurs activités associatives les bénévoles développent des apprentissages informels. Considérés comme invisibles ces apprentissages posent la question de leur repérage et de leur identification afin de pouvoir en rendre compte et les valoriser. Cet article tente de saisir l’expérience des bénévoles à travers la mise en mots des compétences associées aux apprentissages qu’ils pensent avoir acquis au cours de leurs activités associatives. Les résultats d’études montrent que les jeunes bénévoles ont bien conscience des apprentissages qu’ils développent et que le contexte associatif leur permet de se construire sur le terrain leur propre expérience de façon autonome. |

| Summary, etc. | Informal learning by young volunteers in supervisory workWithin the framework of their activity in associations, voluntary workers receive informal training. Considered to be invisible, this training raises the question of how it can be traced and identified in order to be reported and recognised. This article attempts to grasp volunteers’ experience via a description of the skills associated with the learning they think they have acquired in the course of their activity with associations. Study results show that young volunteers are well aware of the learning they develop and that the associative context enables them to construct their own experience in the field autonomously. |
