| Summary, etc. | Les réseaux sociaux sont désormais le premier des outils de communication de l’avocat. Mais l’avocat sur les réseaux sociaux n’est pas un internaute comme les autres. Si la création d’un profil ou l’adhésion à un réseau social n’a pas à faire l’objet d’une déclaration auprès de l’Ordre, il n’en reste pas moins que l’avocat participant à un réseau social en ligne doit respecter sa déontologie et l’éthique. À ce titre, on retrouve l’obligation au secret professionnel, les principes essentiels qui gouvernent la profession d’avocat ainsi que les principes fondamentaux de la justice. Au final, c’est bien sa réputation numérique qui est en jeu ! |
