Il présente notamment le tournant de l’histoire globale qui a permis de renouveler récemment l’histoire des mouvements sociaux, notamment des solidarités ouvrières. Il revient également sur les interprétations marxistes du régime soviétique auxquelles il a consacré un ouvrage spécifique. Il propose enfin, à partir de ces connaissances d’historiens, une lecture des évolutions des mouvements sociaux contemporains. |

He notably presents the turning point of global history which enabled the recent renewal of the history of social movements, especially the labor solidarities. He also looks back at the Marxist interpretations of the Soviet regime to which he devoted a specific book. Finally, he offers, from his historian knowledge, a reading of the evolutions of contemporary social movements. |
