| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’axe transsaharien Agadez-Dirkou-Sebha est devenu depuis quelques années le théâtre d’importants mouvements migratoires régionaux et intercontinentaux. Ces circulations humaines, illégales pour la plupart, sont animées par des réseaux migratoires au sein desquels agissent divers groupes d’acteurs publics et privés. L’organisation de ces groupes et les relations qui les lient renseignent sur l’évolution de leurs logiques et montrent comment l’État et ses agents tendent à ne plus différencier le licite de l’illicite. |

| Summary, etc. | For a number of years now the trans-Saharan route Agadez-Dirkou-Sebha has been the scene of large movements of people migrating either within the region or between continents. All this human circulation, most of which is illegal, is driven by migratory networks made up of groupings of parties of various categories. The organization of these groups and the relationships that link them together yield information on the way the underlying reasoning and ethos of migration changes and develops. It brings out a current trend for the State and its agents no longer to differentiate between licit and illicit situations. |
