| Summary, etc. | RésuméFace aux enjeux sanitaires liés à la gestion des déchets, les politiques publiques d’intégration du secteur informel de la récupération sont longtemps restées minoritaires. Au Pérou, depuis la Loi du recycleur de 2009, les municipalités districales doivent mettre en place un service de collecte sélective par l’intégration des récupérateurs informels. En mobilisant les concepts de modèle de formalisation et de gestion partagée, l’objectif de cet article est de comprendre les modalités d’application de cette nouvelle législation à Lima, capitale péruvienne marquée par la fragmentation territoriale. La recherche empirique menée sur trois districts liméniens souligne que le potentiel de la gestion partagée est sous-exploité et que la seule Loi du recycleur ne peut mettre fin au secteur informel de la gestion des déchets. |

| Summary, etc. | Territorial fragmentation of wasterpickers formalization in LimaFaced with health issues related to waste management, public policies to integrate the informal recycling sector have remained a minority. In Peru, since the Law of Wastepicker of 2009, district municipalities have to establish a waste selective collection service through the integration of informal wastepickers. Using concepts of formalization model and shared management, the aim of this work is to understand the application of this new legislation in Lima, the Peruvian capital marked by territorial fragmentation. Empirical research conducted in three districts enables us to see that the potential of shared management is underutilized and that the Law of Wastepicker cannot put an end to the informal sector of waste management alone. |
