Les décisions des officiers chinois en charge de cette mission, critiquées par leurs contemporains français puis par les historiens de la Guerre froide, doivent être analysées selon les circonstances difficiles dans lesquelles elles ont été prises. Ce travail nous permet de mieux comprendre la diplomatie chinoise en Indochine dans l’après-guerre et le rôle historique de la Chine dans cette région. |
