| Summary, etc. | Paradoxale et destructrice, l’anorexie mentale est reconnue comme une « pathologie adolescente ». Par sa complexité, l’anorexie invite à dépasser l’exploration du seul versant intrapsychique, pour s’inscrire au cœur de la dynamique familiale et de ses avatars. Ici, la notion d’« incestuel » apparaît particulièrement éclairante au regard des ravages que cette relation exerce sur l’identification sexuée et l’identité de celui qui en est victime, ces problématiques constituant le nœud de l’anorexie. Également placée sous le signe du paradoxe, l’incestualité situe l’anorexie comme produit et défense contre celle-ci. L’histoire de Daphné, 17 ans, viendra interroger les enjeux du comportement anorexique et son lien à l’incestualité ; la particularité de ce cas résidant dans la découverte progressive d’une double relation incestuelle, Daphné entre mère et père. |

| Summary, etc. | Anorexia and incestual relationshipsParadoxical and destructive, anorexia nervosa is still recognized as “adolescent girl pathology”. By its enigmatic nature, anorexia invites us to go beyond the exploration of intrapsychic slope for marking illness at the heart of family dynamics and of its avatars. Here, the notion of “incestual” is particularly relevant to the serious consequences it has on sexual identification and on identity of the victim ; these issues are the crux of anorexia. Also situated under the sign of paradox, this concept highlights anorexia as the result of the incestual relationship and a defense against it. Through the case of Daphne, 17 years old, we will examine the issues of anorexic behavior and its relation to “incestuality”. |
