| Summary, etc. | This study examines the psychic processes at work in a psychotherapeutic framework based on Dixit mediation, with a population that is still underrepresented in the scientific literature : young adults who were abused during childhood. This study aims to shed light on the specific mechanisms at work in the transition to adulthood for this clinical population and the way in which the mediation framework, facilitated by the Dixit board game, can initiate a resilient dynamic. The qualitative analysis of the data, centered on a psychodynamic frame of reference, is presented in the form of two case studies (Ophélie, aged eighteen, and Bryan, aged twenty-three). The trauma of abuse and its effects on psychic functioning can considerably hinder the process of becoming an adult on several counts. It seems, however, that the intra- and intersubjective processes at work in the Dixit framework allow patients to progressively enter into adulthood through a state of associative thinking involving a progressive historicization process. |

| Summary, etc. | Cette recherche étudie les processus psychiques à l’œuvre dans un dispositif psychothérapeutique autour de la médiation Dixit, auprès d’une population encore peu représentée dans la littérature scientifique : les jeunes adultes victimes de maltraitances dans leur enfance. Cette étude vise à appréhender la spécificité des mécanismes à l’œuvre dans la transition à l’âge adulte pour cette population clinique et la manière dont le dispositif de médiation à l’appui du Dixit peut enclencher une dynamique résiliente. L’analyse qualitative des données, centrée sur un référentiel psychodynamique, se présente sous la forme de deux études de cas (Ophélie, 18 ans, et Bryan, 23 ans). Le traumatisme de la maltraitance et ses effets sur le fonctionnement psychique peuvent entraver considérablement l’entrée dans le processus du devenir adulte sur plusieurs dimensions. Il semble cependant que les processus intra et intersubjectifs à l’œuvre dans le dispositif Dixit permettent aux patients de s’inscrire progressivement dans un projet adulte grâce à un état de rêverie associative engageant un progressif travail d’historicisation. |
