| Summary, etc. | Cette étude envisage en premier lieu la question du tutorat entre pairs comme cas particulier d’apprentissage assisté par les pairs. Parmi les conditions d’efficacité de ce dispositif, on analyse les différences entre tuteurs adultes et tuteurs enfants. La question de la formation et de l’entraînement au rôle de tuteur est abordée dans les disciplines académiques puis dans le cas des habiletés motrices. Des modélisations de formation en EPS sont présentées en insistant sur les spécificités attachées à la motricité et à la variété des tâches motrices sollicitées dans les différentes habiletés sportives. Enfin, une expérience illustre ces considérations : on mesure l’efficacité de la formation pour une mise en œuvre de tutorat réciproque en tennis de table. En évaluant les effets sur les performances de leurs partenaires novices, l’utilité de l’entraînement au rôle de tuteur est démontrée pour des élèves de collège. |

| Summary, etc. | The issue of training tutor-pupils: general reflexions and application to the case of motor skills This study aims primarily at addressing the issue of peer tutoring as a particular case of peerassisted learning. Among the efficacy conditions of this procedure, we analyze the differences between adult and child tutors. The question of tutor forming and training is considered in academics then in the case of motor abilities. Training examples in physical education are presented with a particular interest regarding motility and the variety of motor tasks involved in the different sport abilities. Finally, one experiment shows these considerations: it assesses the efficacy of a training designed for the implementation of a reciprocal tutoring procedure in table tennis. The interest of the tutor training is demonstrated for secondary-level pupils by measuring the effects on their novice partners’ performances. |
