| Summary, etc. | P endant des années, les dysfonctionnements des préscolaires publics et privés résidaient dans leurs disparités aux plans structurel, organisationnel, matériel et éducatif contribuant à l’hétérogénéité des référentiels pédagogiques des enseignants et des apprentissages réels des enfants. La réforme du système éducatif, mise en œuvre en 2003, a mis en avant la nécessité d’un contenu national basé sur un socle de compétences minimales à développer chez chaque enfant préscolarisé. Selon les instructions officielles, il s’agit d’homogénéiser les profils de sortie du préscolaire en vue de préparer les enfants à une réussite au primaire. À partir d’une enquête par entretien, nous avons comparé les nouvelles dynamiques des offres publiques et privées. Cet article rend compte de quelques résultats |

| Summary, etc. | Preschool in Algeria at the time of the reform : Comparative dynamics of public and private offers D uring years, the dysfunctions of preschool public and private resided in their disparities in the structural, organizational, material and educational plans. Their progressive increase did not escape the heterogeneousness of the educational reference tables of the teachers and the real children’learnings. The implemented, educational reform of the system in 2003, advanced the necessity of a national contents based on a base of minimal competences to be developed for every child in preschool. According to the official instructions, it is a question of homogenizing the profiles of exit of preschool to prepare the children for success in primary school.
