Summary, etc. | L’histoire des comparaisons internationales ne se limite pas aux questions de convergences ou de divergences par rapport à un modèle normatif à partir duquel les organisations internationales construisent des rhétoriques sur la base de notions communes. Selon les contextes, des glissements se sont opérés et les mêmes mots en se déplaçant ont changé de sens. Le passage de la notion de culture commune au socle de compétences, puis aux standards de compétences pour enfin arriver aux questions relatives à la qualité, ne relève pas de l’évidence de la continuité, mais de déplacements aux significations et aux enjeux différents. Comment y a-t-il eu mise en équivalence de ces notions et comment est-on arrivé à présenter le socle commun comme un compromis entre justice et efficacité ? |
