| Summary, etc. | Dans un contexte de réforme de l’enseignement et de réflexion sur la culture scientifique, cette étude vise à examiner quels aspects des sciences et de l’activité scientifique sont pris en charge par les programmes d’enseignement de deux disciplines scolaires (physique-chimie, sciences de la vie et de la terre), de deux filières (scientifique, littéraire) du lycée en France. Nous présentons l’approche théorique que nous avons adoptée pour caractériser la NoS (Nature of Science) et la mettons en perspective avec celles proposées dans la littérature. Nous présentons la grille d’analyse multidimensionnelle que nous avons élaborée en choisissant une entrée par les pratiques et en nous appuyant sur les différentes études sur les sciences. Nous présentons les principaux résultats et développons quelques points en lien avec les modalités d’élaboration du savoir scientifique et les spécificités des disciplines scientifiques. Nous discutons l’image des sciences susceptible d’être transmise aux enseignants et aux élèves. |

| Summary, etc. | In the context of a restructuring of the teaching of scientific culture and of the thinking about it, this study aims to take a look at which aspects of the sciences and of scientific activity the programs for two disciplines (physics and chemistry, and biology) as devised for two different specialisations (sciences, literature) retain. The paper presents the theoretical framework adopted to describe the NoS (nature of Science) and put it into perspective by comparison with those presented in the literature. It presents the criteria used for the analysis as we have developed it in choosing to start from social practices and grounding ourselves in a number of studies of the sciences. The paper presents our main results and develops a number of points related to the way scientific knowledge is elaborated and to the specificities of scientific disciplines. It discusses the image of science likely to be transmitted to teachers and pupils. |
