| Summary, etc. | Le procès de Nuremberg fut le premier procès filmé. Sa représentation est étudiée au prisme de trois films réalisés à différentes époques : None Shall Escape (André de Toth, 1944), une fiction portant sur le procès imaginaire d'un dignitaire nazi ; Judgment at Nuremberg (Stanley Kramer, 1961), une autre fiction qui relate le procès des juges, l'un des douze procès successeurs qui s'est tenu à Nuremberg ; et The Memory of Justice (Marcel Ophuls, 1977), un documentaire qui présente pour la première fois des images du procès historique de Nuremberg, interrogeant notamment la responsabilité des Américains dans la guerre du Vietnam et des Français dans celle d'Algérie. |

| Summary, etc. | The Nuremberg Trials were the first trials to be filmed. Their portrayal has been studied in three films made at different times : None Shall Escape (André de Toth, 1944), a fictional piece about the imaginary trial of a Nazi dignitary ; Judgment at Nuremberg (Stanley Kramer, 1961), another fictional work recounting the judges' trial, one of the twelve subsequent trials in Nuremberg ; and The Memory of Justice (Marcel Ophüls, 1977), a documentary which showed images from the historic Nuremberg Trials for the first time, in particular questioning America's responsibility in the Vietnam War and that of France in the Algerian War. |
