Summary, etc. | Cet article cherche à mieux comprendre ce qu’ont compris des professeurs-enseignants-stagiaires (PES) du département de Mayotte de la formation qui leur est proposée pendant leurs deux années de formation en Master MEEF 1er degré en lien avec un dispositif original qui concerne la production d’une « œuvre coopérative » qui doit prendre en compte le contexte culturel de l’île et des propositions didactiques pour les élèves. Il ressort des enquêtes menées auprès des PES que cette contextualisation peut être qualifiée de « faible » voire de « surface » et que celle-ci s’arrête le plus souvent la formation terminée. |

Summary, etc. | This paper aims to better understand what the teacher interns from the Mayotte overseas département (French administrative region) have understood of the two-year training they can follow during their two years of study for the 1st degree MEEF Masters; this two-year training is linked to an original scheme, which requires the production of a « cooperative project » that has to take in account the island’s culture to build a didactic project for its pupils. The upshot of the investigations is that this work of contextualisation is weak or superficial at best and is no longer operational once training is over. |
