| Summary, etc. | Cette recherche a pour objectif d’explorer la représentation de l’alimentation de Cro-Magnon en articulant des éclairages propres à la didactique de l’histoire et à la psychologie sociale. Nous examinons son caractère social, sa structuration et sa signification. A partir d’un recueil de données effectué par l’intermédiaire d’un questionnaire de caractérisation auprès de 315 élèves de cycle 3, nous avons procédé à une analyse de similitudes que nous avons confrontée au savoir savant et au savoir à enseigner et au savoir social historique. Nous envisageons la présence de représentations sociales, leur influence ainsi que leur permanence malgré l’enseignement ce qui pourrait expliquer en partie la nature « socioreprésentée » du savoir de sens commun. |

| Summary, etc. | The social representations of the prehistory at the infant school: The example of the food of Cro-MagnonThis research aims at exploring the representation of the food of Cro-Magnon by articulating concepts specific to didactics of history and social psychology. We examine its social character, its structuring and its meaning. From a data collection made through a questionnaire of characterization with 315 pupils of cycle 3. We proceeded to a similarity analysis which we confronted with the « scientific knowledge », the « knowledge to be taught » and the « historic social knowledge ». We envisage the presence of historic and sociocultural representations, their durability as well as their influences in the process of teaching what could explain partially the « socialrepresented » nature of the « knowledge common sense ». |

| Summary, etc. | Esta investigación tiene como objetivo explorar la representación de la alimentación de Cro-Magnon articulando conceptos de la didáctica de la historia y de la psicología social. Examinamos su carácter social, su estructuración y su significado. A partir de una recopilación de datos efectuada a través de un cuestionario de caracterización cerca de 315 alumnos de ciclo 3, procedimos a un análisis de similitudes que confrontamos con el « saber sabio », el « saber a enseñar » y el « saber social histórico ». Consideramos la presencia de representaciones sociales, su influencia así como su permanencia a pesar de la enseñanza lo que podría explicar en parte la naturaleza « sociorepresentada » del « saber de sentido común ». |
