| Summary, etc. | Les expériences fructueuses vécues en groupe de Gestalt-thérapie sont parfois perçues par le participant comme un idéal hors du monde et déconnecté des groupes sociaux auxquels il appartient. Il lui semble alors que ces vécus ne peuvent profiter au quotidien de sa vie ordinaire. Il est souvent question d’un clivage entre le groupe de Gestalt et ce qu’il nomme « la vraie vie ». Après quelques explorations sociologiques et une présentation d’écueils du groupe de Gestalt, cet article écrit à quatre mains propose des pistes thérapeutiques pour faire de cette situation une opportunité de croissance. |

| Summary, etc. | Real Life Successful experiences as practiced in Gestalt group therapy are sometimes perceived by participants as an ideal, far apart from the real world and disconnected from the social groups to which the participant belongs. It appears that these experiences cannot benefit the everyday experiences of one’s ordinary life. There is often a question of a rift between the group of Gestalt and what is called “real life”. After some sociological exploration and a presentation the pitfalls of Gestalt group, this article, written by four hands, offers therapeutic approaches to transform his situation into an opportunity for growth. |
